The build of Windows 10 that I am using is Version Build I have the correct driver installed and trying all of the suggestions above, none of them worked.
I have been using it perfectly well with this driver and Windows 10 for many months and it suddenly started giving this error. Thank you for getting back to us. We recommend to try creating a new user profile and check if the issue is resolved. There is a possibility that the issue could be caused by a corrupted user. Refer to the steps on this article.
WheI installed Feature update to Windows 10, version the MP Navigator found the scanner and it operated fine from the buttons on the scanner. I now have Version , but I get an error when trying to install the Features Update, saying that the installer is not suitable for my computer. I have tried the X64 version and the X86 version.
